Baynounah Appointed as the Official IPMA Representative in the UAE

Baynounah proudly announces its appointment as the official representative of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) in the United Arab Emirates. Through this appointment, Baynounah will deliver the full range of IPMA services, bringing internationally recognized project, program, and portfolio management excellence to the UAE.

As the authorized IPMA entity, Baynounah’s scope includes:

• IPMA Individual Certification (Levels A, B, C, D) based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB).
   
• IPMA Delta® Certification is the unique organizational certification system that assesses and certifies the competence of organizations across projects, processes, and leadership dimensions.
   
• IPMA Organizational Competence Baseline (OCB) consulting and assessments.
   
• IPMA Project Excellence assessments based on the IPMA Project Excellence Baseline (PEB).
   
• Accreditation of Training Providers and Consultancy Services aligned with IPMA standards.
   

Baynounah will focus its efforts on serving governmental and semi-governmental entities across the UAE. A core strategy will be introducing IPMA Delta® as a catalyst to assess, certify, and enhance the organizational maturity and performance of public sector bodies.

In parallel, Baynounah will lead AI transformation consultancies, supporting the integration of artificial intelligence in project, program, and portfolio management practices. This will drive smarter decision-making, operational optimization, and digital excellence in alignment with the UAE's national innovation and digitalization strategies.
